Training Presentations are designed for instructor-led sessions, with PowerPoint slides serving as the primary component. These presentations provide a structured format to effectively convey key concepts, supported by additional materials such as audiovisual content, handouts, quizzes, and trainer’s guides. These resources enhance engagement and facilitate a comprehensive learning experience.


Accessing Training Presentations

Finding Training Presentations

  1. Navigate to your dashboard.
  2. Locate the book icon on the right-hand rail—this is the Training Library.
  3. Click on the Training Library to access the available Training Materials.


Browsing Training Materials

  1. Within the Training Library, different types of training content are displayed as tabs at the top. Select the Training Presentations tab to view available presentations.
  2. Use sorting and filtering options to refine your search.
  3. Similar to the Resource Library, content in the Training Library can be saved to collections or bookmarked for later access.


Key Features of a Training Presentation

When opening a Training Presentation, you’ll find an Overview section containing important details:

  • Topic: The subject matter covered in the presentation.
  • Language: The language in which the presentation is recorded or written. (Note: Some supporting documents may be in Spanish while the main PowerPoint is in English.)
  • Summary: A brief outline of the presentation, highlighting key topics.
  • Learning Objectives: The primary takeaways of the session. These objectives help trainers reinforce key concepts and serve as a reference for employees' future learning.


Course Collections

HR Hero makes training on essential HR topics seamless. When viewing a Training Presentation, you will find related training materials, including:

  • PowerPoints
  • Handouts
  • Quizzes
  • Other supplementary resources


Each piece of content can be downloaded individually or as a complete set. Additionally, users can save materials to collections for team sharing or bookmark them to build a personalized training plan.

 

With these tools, you can create an effective and engaging learning experience for your employees.
