Training Library

Modified on Thu, 6 Mar at 11:01 AM

Very similar to the Resource Library, the Training Library is the home of HR Hero’s repository of Instructor-led Training Materials. These materials are meant to be presented together as a full training presentation but can be also consumed one by one.

Content In Training Library

There are 2 primary training types in the Training Library:

  1. Training Presentations
  2. Training Presentations primarily consist of PowerPoint slides as the main training material, supported by additional documents such as Audiovisual Presentations, Handouts, Quizzes, Speaker's Notes, Trainer's Guides, and Training Exercises to enhance the learning experience.

  1. Training Talks
  2. Training Talks, on the other hand, focus on the Training Talk document as the central resource, with Handouts and Quizzes serving as supporting materials. This format provides a more structured approach with a core training document and supplementary tools for a comprehensive learning experience.

Finding The Training Library

First, from your dashboard, navigate to the book icon to find the Training Library

Upon clicking in, you’ll be presented with the homepage with Training Materials front and center.

Training Materials are where each of the different pieces of content in the library are stored. Like the Resource Library, this content can be filtered and searched through – but can also be saved to collections and bookmarked for later use.

Trainer’s Corner

The Trainer's Corner provides trainers with general training materials that complement any Training Talk or Training Presentation, along with a helpful "Train the Trainer" document to support effective instruction.
