How to Assign Courses to a Single Learner


Start by selecting the Global Library tab, located under the Teams drop-down. Then select "Courses".




From here, you will see a list of your available courses. You may use the search box if you are looking for a specific topic, or you can select a training course in the list by clicking on the title.



After selecting a course, you will click on "People". This will populate a list of learners that are currently assigned to this training. From here you can select the “Assign to existing people” button on the right of the screen to assign this training to new learners. 



Select your desired learner(s) using the check box to the left of their name(s), followed by the "Assign" button on the bottom right of the screen. When you confirm your selection, you will also have the option to notify your learner, via email, that their courses are available.


 

If you would like to perform bulk actions on learners already assigned to the course, you are able to do so by selecting the desired learners using the check box next to their name, and then clicking the drop-down below "Assign to existing people."



How to Assign Courses to a Team


Start by selecting the Global Library tab, located under the Teams drop-down. Then select "Courses".



 

From here, you will see a list of your available courses. You may use the search box if you are looking for a specific topic, or you can select a training course in the list by clicking on the title.


 

After selecting a course, you will click on "Teams". This will populate a list of teams that are currently assigned to this training. From here you can select the “Assign to teams” button on the right of the screen. 



Select the desired team(s) by using the search field and checking the box to the left of the team name(s). You can check "Send email/text notifications to Learners" if you wish to notify team members about the new assignment. Once complete, select "Assign".



Tip: As you select teams, you will see them appear in the "Selected teams" column. To remove your selection and start over, select "Reset".


How to Assign a Catalog of Courses


Start by selecting a team under the Teams tab, located under the Teams drop-down, then select “Course Team Library”.



Select “Add Courses To Library”.



Similar to the steps for assigning courses to a single learner or team, you can use the search field to search for specific courses, assign multiple courses, and check “Also assign to sub teams” as desired. Once you’re finished selecting courses, select “Add to Team Library”  and the courses will be added to the Learning Library tab located under the My Learning drop-down.



Tip: As you select courses, you will see them appear in the “Selected courses” column. To remove your selections and start over, select “Reset”.
