Regulatory Activity is a content compilation with state and federal proposed rules, final rules and notices. The content found here is what RegUpdate contains, just sent as a twice-weekly email.
Let’s take a closer look!
What Are The Differences Between Regulations?
There are 3 different regulations in Regulatory Activity, each of which is just a bit different:
Final Regulations
These are effective regulations from a government body that have been issued with the force of law. They are built with a topic in mind and include provisions to be followed.
Proposed Regulations
These are rules that a department has formally proposed but is still actively in the rule making process. Most proposed regulations are prompted by identifying a problem to be fixed to enforce or clarify a law.
Notices
Regulatory Notices are released from a department to notify an action taken, or to release information about a regulation.
Finding Regulatory Activity
Inside Resource Library, Regulatory Activity is a tab like the other Resource Types. After clicking in, it will be at the top.
