EHS Hero will now feature:

• A configurable dashboard that centralizes important information and critical tools in one place to streamline daily workflows, including customizable Quick Links so users can access external sites, corporate intranet, or tangential systems from one place.
• Easy access to filterable safety news, state and federal regulatory activity, training materials, and policy and procedure templates so users can save time and stay in-the-know on what’s required under OSHA and the EPA.
• A supercharged Search Center to expedite EHS research, allowing users to find the exact training program, policy example, or regulatory analysis they need to do their job more effectively.
• Improved user management and utilization reporting for system administrators.

Tool enhancements:

An extensive upgrade of our EHS Hero management tools will improve ease-of-use, speed up system performance, and introduce exciting enhancements requested by our customers.

• Experience faster onboarding and better tool adoption with easier vertical process workflows to replace lots of on-page scrolling.
• Generate QR codes from LOTO procedures, SDS forms, audits, and JHAs, aligning your tools to equipment and areas in your physical workplace.
• Access more functionality through a new progressive web app, now available for all management tools.
• Print from nearly any screen, helpful for sharing specific data views or graphics from within the tools.
• Develop more robust reporting on safety KPIs and better track compliance with enhanced visualizations and access to advanced business analytics and AI-powered recommendations based on data trends.
• Adhere to industry and organization accessibility initiatives with a fully ADA- and WCAG-compliant interface.
