Upon selecting a State, the tool promptly presents the requested State’s reporting information, via their government website or environmental authority.

What Information Can I Use?

Report-A-Spill traditionally provides each State’s environmental agencies website, as well as operating procedures for reporting the most common types of spills. The most common provided are:

  • Petroleum/Fuel

  • Oil (from AST/UST and without)

  • Hazardous Substances and Materials

Acceptable reporting quantities and clean-up details are also provided here as well, for quick understanding of your state’s guidelines in an emergency.
