Audits and Inspections Permissions Manager


This Admin permission can create and manage groups within the Audit Permissions Tool. Anyone assigned to this group also has full permission to create and edit all Audit information.

  1. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen. 
  2. Select “Audit Permissions Manager”. 
  3. Now you can add Admin to receive the permissions within this group. 
    1. Add Audit - This permission allows users to create a new Audit. 
    2. Delete Audit - This permission allows users to delete an Audit. 
    3. Edit Audit - This permission allows users to edit an Audit. 
    4. Manage Audit Tool Permissions - This permission allows users to assign permissions within the Audit tool only. 
    5. Manage Audit Permissions - This permission allows users to view ALL audits, published or unpublished. 


Site Audits and Inspections Tool Permission Management


The permissions for these groups allow for different users to have access to specific site locations or different levels of access.

  1. Click on the “Add Permission Group”.
  2. Once you create the permission, you can now click on it to assign users to the following: Add Audit, Delete Audit, Audit Retention, Delete Audit, and View all Audits.


Enter Audit Tool


This group determines who has permission to access/enter the Audits and Inspections Tool when restrictions are active.

  1. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen. 
  2. Select “Enter Audit Tool”. 
  3. Check the “Enable access restrictions” checkbox. 
  4. Click on the “Add Admin User” button to add users to access the Audits and Inspections Tool.
