Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA)

CAPA Permission Management

This management group permission has permission to edit and view all actions in the Actions tool when restrictions are active.

1. Click on the CAPA Tool Widget.
2. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen to access permissions.
3. Click on the “Add Permission Group” button to begin designating sites and user access.
4. Click on the permission you created and begin assigning admin access and permission levels for Group Actions and Mass Actions. 
   1. Group Action Permissions: Allows users to create and edit action groups, and to create and edit group actions.
   2. Mass Action Permissions: Allows users to create and edit mass action groups, and to create and edit mass actions.

View All Actions

Users will only be allowed access to this permission group once you Enable Access Restrictions.

1. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
2. Select View All Actions.
3. Check “Enable Access Restrictions” to the left of the Add Admin button.

Now you may add users to view and edit all Actions using the “Add Admin User” button.
