Lockout Tagout (LOTO)

LOTO Permissions Management

Permissions and access for this tool can be granted by the Administrator based on roles as well as site/locations.

1. Click on the LOTO Tool on the dashboard.
2. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
3. Now you can add and remove Permissions and Admin Users.
   • LOTO Administrators - Permission to Create, Edit, Copy and Delete all Lockout/Tagout procedures, in addition to marking “Change Complete” in for audits.
   • LOTO Auditors - Permission assigned to this group audits Lockout/Tagouts.
   • LOTO Managers - Permissions assigned to this group manage the Lockout/Tagout audit process.
   • LOTO Trainers - Permissions assigned to this group manage all training for Lockout/Tagout.
   • LOTO Audit Admins - Permissions assigned to this group have access to the LOTO training sub-module.
   • LOTO Reviewer - Permissions assigned to publish Lockout/Tagouts.
   • LOTO Archiver - Permissions assigned to view and unarchive Lockout/Tagouts.
