Preferences

You will be presented with the option to set your preferences when you log into the EHS Plan Builder for the first time. Setting these preferences before creating any plans will make your plan-building experience easier and more streamlined. 


If you do choose to wait or need to edit any preferences, click on the Preferences tab at any time.


a. Company Information


Enter your company name and address

Your company name and address will populate throughout the plan to avoid the need for you to reenter this information in multiple locations.


 


b. Locations


Create locations that are related to your plans from the main Locations section or click Add/Manage Locations.


Within the Add/Manage Locations page, you can also do the following:

  • If you have multiple locations, click Import to import locations in bulk.
  • Click Export to export a list of your locations to Excel. 

b. Format


With the Plan Builder, you can set the format of your plans upfront. This will eliminate the need to set these preferences each time. 


NOTE: You will have the option to change your settings with each plan, if desired.




c. Hazards


The Hazards section is connected to the Recommended Plans you see throughout the Plan Builder. 


Select the industry you're in and the most common hazards for that industry will be assigned automatically. 

Select any hazards that may not have been checked or uncheck hazards that do not apply to you.
