We recommend you set your preferences the first time you log into EHS Hero. Setting your preferences before navigating through EHS Hero allows for a more customized view that fits your needs. You can adjust these settings later if needed.
To update your preferences, hover over My Account in the top right corner of the page and select Settings.
You can do the following on the My Preferences page:
1. As an administrator, you also have the option to lock your sub-user's dashboard.
This option prevents your additional users from rearranging their dashboard keeps the dashboard widget arrangement consistent across all users.
2. Toward the bottom of My Preferences, check the box next to the Widget Name to indicate whether you see or don’t see widgets on the Dashboard and/or Tools page.
By checking and unchecking the “Visible On Dashboard” and “Visible On Tools” boxes, you can customize where you want to view your custom widgets and tools within EHS Hero.
