Permit Management Permissions Manager


This permission group can create and manage permission groups within the Permit Management Tool. Anyone assigned to this group also has full permissions to create and edit all Permit information.

  1. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
  2. Locate “Permit Permissions Manager” and click on it.
  3. Now you can add Admin to receive the permissions within this group.
    • Add Permit – This allows the user to add a new permit.
    • Delete Permit – This allows the user to delete a permit.
    • Edit Permit – This allows the user to edit permits.
    • Manage Permit Tool Permissions – This permission allows users to assign permissions within the Permit Tool only.
    • View All Permits – This allows the user to view all permits, including unpublished ones.


Within the Permit tool, you can individually assign permissions as well as create groups and assign specific permissions to them.

  1. Click on the Permit Management Tool.
  2. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
  3. Create a Permission group and description of the group.
  4. Click on the group name you just created.
  5. Now you can add Admin to receive select permissions within this group.
  6. Finally, you can select which permissions you want to allow this group or individual to have.
