Engagement Permissions Management

This Permission group splits up the tool into two different sub-modules: Safety Dialogues and Findings.

1. Click on the Engagement Tool.
2. Select the sub-module to which you want to assign permissions.
3. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
4. Create a Permission group and description of the group.
5. Now you can add Admin to receive select permissions within this group.
6. Finally, you can select which permissions you want to allow this group or individual to have.
   • Safety Dialogues Permissions:
     • Have Dialogue With an Employee - This allows permission to perform dialogue.
   • Violations Permissions
     • Violations Viewer - This allows permission to view violations system.
     • Violations Administrator - This is a preset group with all the permissions included: Add Violation, Administer Violations Categories, Delete Violations, Edit Violations.
