User Activity

The User Activity section offers a snapshot of your active users, allowing you to view their user data fields and engagement with each of your memberships.

Below is an overview of the key components typically included in this section:

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Active User List

User Data Fields

This refers to the specific information captured for each user in your system, including standard data fields such as:

  • ID (This is useful to keep handy when troubleshooting an issue with the BLR technical support team.)
  • Membership
  • First and Last Name
  • Email address
  • Username
  • Company Name
  • Account status

Last Login Date

This shows the most recent date and time the user logged into the system. It's a critical metric for tracking user engagement and activity. You can use this data to:

  • Identify users who have recently interacted with your platform
  • Spot inactive users who haven't logged in for a while, which could trigger follow-up actions like reminders, re-engagement efforts, or account review processes.

Created Date

The Created Date reflects the date when the user account was first created. This helps you determine how long a user has been part of your membership and can be useful for:

  • Analyzing user retention or growth over time
  • Tracking user onboarding progress (e.g., newly created accounts vs. long-time users)
  • Identifying trends based on how users behave over time after account creation

Custom User Fields

Custom user fields are additional data points you might add to the system to capture specific information about each user. These fields can be tailored to fit the specific needs of your business.

Examples of custom fields could include:

  • Customer tier (e.g., basic, premium, VIP)
  • Location
  • Industry
  • Company Representative

Keyword Search

To search for a user using a keyword, simply navigate to the search bar or user search section of your platform. Enter the keyword related to the user's information, such as their name, email, username, or any other relevant field. As you type, the system will filter and display users that match the keyword, allowing you to quickly locate the user you're looking for.

This feature helps streamline the process of finding specific users based on any searchable attribute in their profile.

Date Filter

To filter user results by Created Date or Last Login Date, go to the filter options in the User Activity section and select the date range you want to apply.

Once you've set the filter, the system will display only the users whose accounts were created or last logged in within the selected dates.

This makes it easier to analyze user activity and track trends based on when users joined or accessed the membership.
