Incident Reporting & Investigation Permissions Manager
This management group can access all areas within the Incident Reporting & Investigation Tool. Anyone assigned to this group has full permission to create and edit all Incident information including the following actions:
- Create/Edit Determining Cause Questions
- Create/Edit Incident Reports
- Delete Incident Reports
- Edit/Add/Delete Departments
- Edit OSHA Incident Logs
- Manage Incident Reporting & Investigation Tool Permissions
- View Incidents
Incident Reporting & Investigation Permissions
This permission allows for both system-wide assignment of Corporate Admins and Workers Comp Admins, as well as site specific management access and permission.
- Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
- Click on Corporate Administrators for access in every site with full permissions.
- Click on Workers Comp Administrators for designating specific access to enter workman’s comp in the Incident Tool.
Site Specific Incident Permissions can be created here to allow for any of the following areas of access:
- Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
- Click on “Add Permission Group” to create your new permission.
- Click on the permission group you just created to begin assigning admin access and permission levels specific to this group.
Restrict FROM Injury/Illness Permission Group
This permission group RESTRICTS users to only viewing, creating, editing, and removing Non-Injury Incidents.
Restrict TO Injury/Illness Permission Group
This permission group ALLOWS users to view, create, edit, and remove only Injury/Illness Incidents.
