Compliance History Permissions Manager


This Admin permission allows users to manage the Compliance History tool permissions and give all users all Compliance History permissions. 

  1. Click on the Lock Icon at the top of your screen. 
  2. Select “Enforcement Permissions Manager”. 
  3. Select “Add Admin User” button to begin adding users.


Entry Permission Group


This group permission determines who can access/enter the Compliance History Tool when restrictions are active. 

  1. Click on the Lock icon at the top of your screen. 
  2. Select “Enforcement Entry Permission Group”. 
  3. Check the “Enable access restrictions” checkbox. 
  4. Now you can add Admin Users who can determine who can enter the Compliance History tool when restrictions are active.


Creating Permission Groups


Within the Compliance History Tool, you can create Permission Groups specific to each site/location and determine the number of users and permissions granted to the tool. 

  1. Click on the Add Permission Group. 
  2. Enter the Group Name for your new group. 
  3. Enter a description of the New Permission group. 
  4. Click Submit.
