Guide: Troubleshooting Access to EHS Hero 

This guide provides recommended steps to try when you are unable to log on to EHS Hero.  

 

Perform Basic Checks

 

  • Check Platform Status: 

  • Verify Network: 

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable. 

  • Confirm access to the required domains/IPs. 


  • Browser/Device Troubleshooting: 

  • Clear browser cache and cookies. Instructions for common browsers are below: 

 

  • Try an incognito/private browsing window. 

  • Test with a different browser or device. 


  • Escalate: 

If you still cannot access EHS Hero, please contact your representative. Be prepared with information about your username and browser.
