Steps to Whitelist
Before you take any of these manual steps, please consult your internal IT team. For most organizations, any IP restrictions or whitelisting are done at the corporate system level. Only in the event that you have placed local restrictions on IPs and domains should you need to take the following steps.
For Firewall or Proxy Servers:
Log in to your firewall/proxy management console.
Navigate to the section for whitelisting or allowed lists (e.g., "Access Control" or "Filter Settings").
Add the domains listed above to the "Allowed Domains" section.
Add the IP addresses to the "Allowed IPs" or "Trusted Sources" section.
Save your changes and apply the new configuration.
For DNS Configuration:
Access your DNS management tool (e.g., Cloudflare, GoDaddy).
Add the provided domains as trusted or safe.
Save the configuration and propagate the changes.
For Email Servers (Optional, if using email-related features in Plan Builder):
Access your email server's management panel.
Navigate to the spam or filtering rules section.
Add the following email domains to the trusted senders list:
service@blr.com
Save the changes.
Testing Connectivity
After completing the whitelisting process:
Perform a connectivity test by accessing EHS Hero.
Check for any firewall or proxy logs to confirm traffic flow.
Contact techsupport@blr.com if issues persist.
Troubleshooting Tips
Double-check for typos in domains and IPs.
Ensure no other security policies conflict with the whitelisted entries.
If using dynamic IPs or ranges, ensure they are updated periodically.
