Troubleshooting Access to HR Hero

This guide provides recommended steps to try when you are unable to log on to HR Hero.  

 

Perform Basic Checks 


Check Platform Status: 

  • Confirm if HR Hero is experiencing any known outages or scheduled maintenance here: https://simplifycompliance.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/33000138826 


Verify Network: 

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable. 
  • Confirm access to the required domains/IPs. 


Browser/Device Troubleshooting: 


Escalate: 

  • If you still cannot access HR Hero, please contact your representative. Be prepared with information about your username and browser.
