Customizing Your Branding as an Admin
Unifying your brand, with colors and likeness, is a perfect way to make your HR Hero experience unique. It’s a short and simple process, and we make it highly configurable in HR Hero.
To access the customization options, go to Settings and select ‘Custom Branding’ at the top. Here, you can adjust your colors, logo, and footer settings.
Once you’ve configured these settings to your liking, you can click Save Changes.
These changes are not static and can be edited at any time, to account for logo and color changes in the company – or for specific white labeling experiences of HR Hero within the organization. See details below on how to adjust each setting. As an administrator, these settings are crucial to truly making HR Hero your own. | ![]() |
Title If you'd like to refer to HR Hero by a different name, you can update the title. This new label will appear in the browser tab for your users. | ![]() |
Logo Align HR Hero with your brand by uploading your company’s logo. You can upload a new main logo, which will appear in the upper left corner of HR Hero, as well as a favicon that will display in the browser tab. | ![]() |
Colors Customize the color scheme in HR Hero to match your brand’s colors. You can modify the Primary, Secondary, Accent, and UI Background Colors. If you need help with selecting the right color scheme, check out WebAIM: Contrast Checker. | ![]() |
Footer The Primary color will define the footer’s background color, but you can also adjust the text color and add custom text as needed. Additionally, you can include a logo in the footer. | ![]() |
