What to Expect from the New EHS Hero

As we prepare for the release of some exciting new features and enhancements on the EHS Hero platform, here is what you have to look forward to.

Introducing your new EHS experience

The upgraded user interface will feature several new enhancements to improve your compliance research, training preparation, and other EHS initiatives, including:

• A supercharged search center so you can find the exact resources you’re looking for based on keyword, topic, category, jurisdiction, or related resources
• A more configurable user dashboard that allows you to customize your experience to your exact workflow
• A new Quick Links module that consolidates all of your critical external sites in one place
• Industry, Hazard, and customizable collections so the most relevant resources are curated for easy access

Streamlining your upgrade

• Your login URL will stay the same, so no need to update browser bookmarks.
• You may be required to reset your password when we roll out the upgrade and will be prompted at the point of access.
• Some of the tools and features within your normal instance of EHS Hero may have moved, so keep an eye out for upcoming tutorials and in-app guides to walk you through any changes.
• Don’t forget, you can click on the question mark in the corner of your platform to submit feedback on the new experience, or submit enhancement requests in advance so we can get them on our roadmap!
