Risk Assessment

Risk Assessment Entry Permission Group

This group determines who can enter the Risk Assessment module if access restrictions are turned on.

1. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
2. Locate “Risk Assessment Permissions Entry” and click on it.
3. Now you can add Admin to receive the permissions within this group.
   • Enter Risk Assessment - This permission allows users to enter the Risk Assessment module if access restrictions are turned on.

Within the Risk Assessment Tool, you can individually assign permissions as well as create groups and assign specific permissions to them.

1. Click on the Risk Assessment Tool.
2. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
3. Create a Permission group and description of the group.
4. Click on the group name you just created.
5. Now you can add Admin to receive select permissions within this group.
6. Finally, you can select which permissions you want to allow this group or individual to have:
   • Add Risk Assessment – This permission gives users the ability to add Risk Assessment Forms.
   • Edit Risk Assessments – This permission gives users the ability to edit existing Risk Assessments.
   • Finalize Risk Assessment – This permission allows users to finalize Risk Assessment Forms.
   • Manage Risk Assessment – This permission allows users to set up Risk Assessment CCE, Common Risk, Exposure/Likelihood/Enforcement Probabilities, Process Departments, Severity of Consequences, and Specific/Targeted Controls.
   • Remove Risk Assessment – This permission allows users to remove Risk Assessment forms.
   • View Risk Assessments - This permission gives users the ability to view Risk Assessment Forms.

Risk Assessment Permissions Management

This group allows users to manage the permissions of the Risk Assessment Tool and gives users every Risk Assessment permission. They also have a group that grants access to Admins before they can have access to the Risk Assessment tool if restrictions are turned on.

1. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
2. Locate “Risk Assessment Permissions Management” and click on it.
3. Now you can add Admin to receive the permissions within this group
   • Manage Risk Assessment Permissions - This permission allows users to manage Risk Assessment permissions and provides the user with all Risk Assessment permissions.
