JSA/JHA Permissions Manager


This permission group can create and manage permission groups within the JSA/JHA Tool. Anyone assigned to this group also has full permissions to create and edit all JHA information.

  1. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
  2. Locate “JSA Permissions Manager” and click on it.
  3. Now you can add Admin to receive the permissions within this group.
    • Access JSA Control Panel - This permission allows users to access and use the JSA Control Panel.
    • Create JSAs - This permission allows users to create JSAs.
    • Edit JSAs - This permission allows users to edit JSAs.
    • Manage Employee JSA Certification Records - This permission allows users to search and view employee JSA certification records on the JSA Dashboard.
    • Manage JSA Permissions - This permission allows users to assign permissions within the JSA Tool.


Within the JSA tool, you can individually assign permissions as well as create groups and assign specific permissions to them.

  1. Click on the JSA/JHA Tool.
  2. Click on the Lock icon at the top right of your screen.
  3. Create a Permission group and description of the group.
  4. Click on the group name you just created.
  5. Now you can add Admin to receive select permissions within this group.
  6. Finally, you can select which permissions you want to allow this group or individual to have.
