Navigating Resource Views: Filtering and View Options in Key Pages

Modified on Thu, 6 Mar at 11:00 AM

With HR Hero, you have a variety of views and filtering options. This guide is designed to help you understand how to use filtering, card, and list views to optimize your experience across key pages (All, Compliance Dates, Podcasts, News, and Templates & Guidance)

Local Resource Search

The local search feature allows users to enter keywords to search for content within titles or summaries. This makes it easy to quickly find relevant resources by simply typing in a keyword related to the content you're looking for. Whether you’re seeking a particular document, podcast, or guide, this search function helps you locate exactly what you need in seconds.

Views: Card vs. List

The Resource Library offers two viewing options to help you navigate and organize content:

  • Card View: A clean, easy-to-scan layout with brief summaries, perfect for quickly identifying and bookmarking resources.

  • List View: A vertical format with clearly labeled columns for Type, Topic, Title, and State, making it easy to scroll through a variety of resources.

Using Filters

Filtering allows you to narrow results based on specific criteria, helping you save time, improve search accuracy, and navigate more efficiently to find the most relevant resources.

You’ll find various filter options in the All, Compliance Dates, Podcasts, News, and Templates & Guidance sections. Use these filters to refine your search and quickly locate the content you need.

Saving Filters

Saving filters is a convenient way to store frequently used search criteria for quick access.

To save a filter, apply the desired filters, click "Save Filter" at the top, and give your saved filter a name. You can easily return to this filter anytime by selecting it from your saved filters.
