Create New Note 


To create a new note, click on the “Notes” tab, and click + Create Note.



Add Note Detail 



  1. Select the date and time of the note. 
  2. Select the person reporting the note from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Add images related to the note. 
  4. Enter the Note Title. 
  5. Select the employee involved in the note (one per note). 
  6. Enter the note location in the text box. 
  7. Use the mouse to sign the signature pad. 
  8. Enter your notes in the text box. 
  9. Click to save the note.




To close a note, click on the Archive (1) button within the Edit Note page or Archive icon within the Notes page. Archiving a note will make a note closed to editing, unless an administrator or account owner reopens the note by clicking the “Reactivate” icon.
