Create New Meeting
To create a new meeting, click on the Meetings tab, and then click the +Create Meeting button.
New Meeting Detail
- Search for a title using the Search Title keyword field, or select a Collection and Title within the drop-down options.
- Enter in a job name for your meeting.
- Select the date and time of your meeting.
- Enter the meeting location.
- Select the trainer(s) from the drop-down menu. You are able to select one trainer or all trainers for any meeting.
- Select the attendees to add to your meeting.
- Attach any images related to your meeting.
- Add any notes related to your meeting.
- Click Save.
Taking Attendance
After a meeting has been conducted, trainers and administrators can take attendance. In the Edit Meeting details screen, there will be a drop-down called Attended (1). Within this drop-down, select the employees who attended the meeting. Alternatively, employees can log into the app or website (1) and mark themselves present for a meeting.
From the main meeting tab, there are several actions for existing meetings to select from.
- Edit—Click to edit the details of an active meeting (completed meetings cannot be edited).
- View—View the details of a completed meeting.
- Delete—Delete the meeting.
- Copy—Click to make a copy of a meeting. Once copied, you can edit any of the details of the meeting. The new copy will include all of the meetings details, including attendees, trainers, title, etc.
- Download PDF—Click to create a meeting summary PDF. This document will include all of the meeting details, as well as the trainer’s outline. This document can be downloaded and e-mailed to supervisors, HR, or anyone else who would like to see a summary of your training.
- Reactivate Meeting—Reactivate a completed meeting.
- Complete Meeting—Complete a meeting that has taken place. For more information, see Complete a Meeting.
View Training Titles
You can view the training title from within your meeting by clicking on the View/Conduct Training button. Alternatively, to view training titles, simply click on the Meetings tab and then click the orange View Titles button below the main navigation. Use the search bar and/or use the drop-down filters to find the title you want to view. Click View Title to view the training Outline, Handout, Quiz, and Answer Key (see example below). The Training Titles can be printed using your browser menu. (Click “File,” “Print,” or “Ctrl + P” for Windows or “cmd + P” for Mac.)
Complete a Meeting
After a meeting has been conducted, you can update its status to “Complete.” To complete a meeting, click the “Complete Meeting” icon within the Edit Meeting page. Completing a meeting will make a meeting closed to editing (except for the notes field), unless an administrator or account owner reactivates the meeting by clicking the “Reactivate Meeting” icon.
