Custom Site Settings allow administrators to white label and customize EHS Hero with their company’s logo within the Header and Footer of EHS Hero. Within the footer, you can also customize the Address and Phone Number that appear.
Within the Custom Site Settings page, there are three sections. Follow the steps below to customize your Header and Footer.
NOTE: Custom logo and footer text added by the administrator will also show on all additional user accounts.
Custom Header Logo
- Click Choose File to select a logo to upload.
(Recommended Logo Size: 90px HIGH x 145-270px WIDE) - Select the Active check box
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
- Refresh the page or click on another page within EHS Hero to display the logo.
Custom Footer Logo
- Click Choose File to select a logo to upload.
(Recommended Logo Size: 49px HIGH x 79px WIDE) - Select the Active check box
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
- Refresh the page or click on another page within EHS Hero to display the logo.
Company Contact Info (Footer)
- Enter the Address and/or Phone number you want displayed within your footer. This will replace the current Simplify Compliance information.
- Select the Active check box
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
- Refresh the page or click on another page within EHS Hero to display the logo.
