Enter the number of employees in each state and city. The number of employees you enter in each field determines the policy questions you must answer later in the interview process, as well as the resulting policies that go into the handbook. NOTE: If you don’t see a state in the list, either there are no policies specific to that state or you do not have that state selected in your subscription. You’ll also want to verify that you included that state when you were selecting your handbook states. To add additional states, go back to the dashboard and click Add State above your list of states. |
Skipped Questions Access skipped questions by clicking the blue SKIPPED tab in the questionnaire.
Questions Answered Click the ANSWERED tab to view answered questions. Use links or Search to find specific questions. | |
Action Items Access a list of pending policies by clicking the red ACTION ITEMS tab. Click on the policy name to answer the question(s) and save. Percentage Complete Track where you are in the interview process by looking at your percentage complete.
Explain this to me Click Explain this to me to get additional information about the policy. Delete this policy There will be some questions that include a Delete this policy option. Clicking this will delete the policy within your handbook. |
NOTE: After answering all the interview questions, you can click on Review My Handbook Policies on the top menu at any time to review a list of all policies available in your handbook, regardless of how an interview question was answered.
