Employee Access
Distribute your handbook to your employees online as an HTML document.
Click the EmployeeAccess link in the top menu bar. You can choose whether you want to password-protect your Employee Handbook within the Interview process. If you do want to have a username and password required for employees, you can go back and adjust your Employee Access answer in the Interview section.
NOTE: If you do change the Employee Handbook output option, it would require you to publish the Employee Handbook again.
